I love the light feel and the lovely when rubbing it on my abs, lower back and thighs..however PMS is not PMDD and as much as I wanted to love this and swear by it, **** it **** with my severe mood changes, my random body flashes, personal chronic lower body pains, debilitating cramps, my bad back pains, leg spasms, nor my chronic tender and sore **** and areolas.
