The cooling sensation from the Peppermint and Spearmint is what most customers reach for when delayed onset muscle soreness turns up a day or two after a hard session. MAGZEA assists the body to relax after a workout, which may help ease soreness and support your range of movement.
No. The formula is non-greasy and non-staining, and it dries quickly, which is the point of a spray you use between sets or straight after a run.
You can, and some people do for night cramps and restless legs. If you find the mints too uplifting close to sleep, the unscented Magnesium Oil Topical Spray is the better choice for the evening.
The 120mL bottle is under the usual 100mL carry-on limit only if you decant, so keep the full bottle in checked luggage. It travels well either way, with a sealed trigger spray that does not leak in a kit bag.
