For Heat Therapy: Place the heat pack in the microwave. Heat on high for 1–2 minutes, depending on your microwave's wattage (adjust heating time as needed to avoid overheating). Microwave in 30 second intervals. Carefully remove the pack and check the temperature to ensure it's comfortably warm before applying it to your neck and shoulders. For Cold Therapy: Neck and Shoulder Heat Pack: Place the heat pack in a sealed plastic bag to protect it from moisture. Store it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and apply it to your neck and shoulders. Care Instructions: Sponge your lupin bag lightly with luke-warm water to remove surface marks, being careful not to saturate product. Hang up to dry as soon as possible. When cover is dry, rub lupin bag briskly between your hands to ensure grains are dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not machine wash. Do not immerse in water. Kunzea Concentrated Massage Oil (30ml): Apply 2-4 drops to the affected area, 1 to 3 times per day or as required. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed. Kunzea Roll On Liniment (50ml): Roll on gently into the affected area 1-4 times daily, or as required. For deeper penetration, use your thumb to rub the oil into the skin. WARNINGS: External use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid eye contact. Keep out of reach of children.
