Simply apply the products to the affected areas 2-4 times daily or as required and rub in a gentle circular motion until fully absorbed.

I had really bad nerve pain in my elbow which radiated down to my palms and up to my neck. I wasn’t expecting much from the cream when I ordered it but I used it for about 3 days and it was completely gone. I also still use it for arthritis in my wrist and thumb which I rub In well and the pain goes after about an hour . I still can’t quite believe it works sooo well.
