MAGZEA Recovery Salts (600g): It’s well known that exercising muscle tissue with quick changes in temperature (i.e. alternating between hot baths and ice baths) can help reduce pain and help with injury recovery. Using our Sports Recovery Salts together with our Sports Cooling Spray is a simple and safe way to assist your body. Kunzea Bath Salts (800g): For a bath soak, add ½ cup (or a handful) to a bath and soak for 20-30 minutes to reap the full benefits. For a foot soak, fill a large bowl with enough warm water to reach your ankles and mix in ½ cup of bath salts. Soak for 15-20 minutes while listening to some calming music. For a body scrub, grab a handful of salts and rub them directly onto wet skin, let them sit on the skin for a few minutes, and then wash them off. WARNINGS: External use only.
