🍯 Harvested once a year in spring. When this season's jars are gone, that is it until next harvest.
The Honest Maths
Each 250g jar is 50 servings. In a honey-loving home the jar comes out a couple of times a day — on toast in the morning, stirred into tea at night — so the maths is simple.
50 servings — about a month of daily honey for the household. Perfect if it's just you, or you're trying Kunzea for the first time.
200 servings — about three months of supply. One delivery a season and the pantry never runs dry. Our subscription default.
300 servings — about five months of honey at the best per-jar price. The pick for families, gift-givers and the properly honey-obsessed.
See It For Yourself
From wild Tasmanian bushland to your pantry shelf, here's why this honey is so rare.
Rare By Nature
Most honey is farmed to demand. Kunzea Honey is the opposite: a wild harvest with a fixed window, taken with care and gone when it's gone.
Our bees forage freely on native Kunzea ambigua growing wild in the remote, pristine bushland of North-East Tasmania. No crops, no sprays, no shortcuts.
Kunzea blossoms for a short window each spring. The honey is ethically harvested once, and only once, leaving the hives strong for the season ahead.
For every five drums of other common native honeys, beekeepers can gather only one drum of Kunzea. When this year's harvest sells out, that is it until next spring.
100% raw and single origin. Never blended with other honeys, nothing added, nothing taken away. Just the smooth, buttery sweetness the Kunzea flower gives it.
Behind The Harvest
Real shots from the wild North-East Tasmanian bushland the Kunzea grows in — the blossom our bees forage on, season after season.
The Difference
Most honey on supermarket shelves is blended, heat-processed and imported. Here's what actually sets Kunzea Honey apart.

Gold Medal, 2026Good To Know
Each 250g jar is 50 servings. Three jars (150 servings) covers 60 days of a couple of servings a day; four jars (200 servings) covers 90 days — both work out to the same $0.34/serve, so pick whichever matches how often you want a delivery. Neither is a rule: you can choose a single jar, six jars, or a different frequency anytime in the secondary picker or your customer portal.
A household enjoying honey a couple of times a day (about two servings, or 10g) will get through a 250g jar in roughly a month. Four jars is about a season, six jars about five months. If your family are big honey eaters, size up or shorten your delivery window.
Yes. Every delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months is available, and you can move a delivery earlier or later at any time from the customer portal.
Yes, anytime, with no fees. Skip one delivery or several — your subscription simply picks back up on your next scheduled date.
Just skip that delivery from the customer portal, or push it back a few weeks. Raw honey doesn't spoil, so there's no rush — many subscribers keep a spare jar in the pantry on purpose.

Your Honey Dipper and Cotton Bag arrive with your first delivery. Your subscriber gift arrives with your fifth delivery, as a thank you for staying with us.
Completely normal, and actually a sign your honey is raw. Real, unprocessed honey naturally crystallises over time. To return it to liquid gold, stand the jar in warm water and stir gently. Never microwave it, as high heat damages the delicate character of raw honey.
Kunzea ambigua only blossoms for a short window each spring, and the honey is ethically harvested once a year. For every five drums of other native honeys, only one drum of Kunzea can be gathered. Once a season's harvest is sold, there is no more until the next spring. Subscribers are prioritised from each new harvest.
No — we ship Australia-wide except Western Australia, and we cannot ship honey to New Zealand. These are biosecurity rules that protect local bee populations, and as beekeepers' biggest fans we're glad they exist.
One decision, then the rarest honey in Australia just turns up. Four jars, 90 days, 15% off every delivery — plus a free Welcome Kit to start.
