1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Australian Kunzea Pty Ltd (ABN 36 613 445 775) trading as Zea, of 1/6A Railway Ave, Oakleigh VIC 3166 ("Zea", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@zea.com.au.
2. The promotion
The "Tasmanian Escape Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is a game of chance. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional period
Entries open at 9:00am AEST on Monday 17 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 13 September 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period are invalid.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter and of Saffire Freycinet (Federal Hotels Pty Ltd and related entities), and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
5. How to enter
To enter, submit your first name, email address and (optionally) your mobile number using the entry form at zea.com.au/pages/tasmanian-escape-giveaway-lp during the Promotional Period. Each person may submit one (1) base entry. By entering, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Zea. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing after the Promotional Period does not affect your entry. Mobile numbers are used to contact the winner and to validate bonus entries.
6. Bonus entries
Entrants may earn additional entries as follows:
- Mobile number (+2 entries): include a valid Australian mobile number with your entry.
- Instagram follow (+1 entry): follow @zearelief on Instagram and confirm your follow using the link provided in the entry confirmation email.
- Purchase (+10 entries per order): each order placed at zea.com.au during the Promotional Period using the same email address as your entry. Products are at their ordinary price. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Bonus entries are validated and added at the time of the draw.
7. The prize
There is one (1) prize, with a total value of $6,000 AUD (based on rates at July 2026), consisting of:
- A two-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at Saffire Freycinet, Coles Bay, Tasmania, including all dining, beverages and the lodge's included guided experiences, valued at approximately $4,500;
- A $1,000 flight gift card to be used towards return flights for two (2) to Tasmania; and
- A Zea recovery collection valued at approximately $500 RRP.
8. Prize conditions
The stay voucher is valid for 12 months from the draw date and is subject to availability. Peak-period blackout dates apply as advised by Saffire Freycinet. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. All other costs associated with taking the prize, including travel to and from the winner's departure airport, transfers, travel insurance and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute an element of equal or greater value, subject to any required regulator approval.
9. The draw
The winner will be drawn at random using a computerised random selection process at 2:00pm AEST on Friday 18 September 2026 at the Promoter's premises, 1/6A Railway Ave, Oakleigh VIC 3166. Each valid entry (base plus bonus) is one chance in the draw.
10. Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by email (and phone, if provided) within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state will be published at zea.com.au/pages/tasmanian-escape-giveaway-lp and announced by email to entrants by Friday 25 September 2026.
11. Unclaimed prize
If the prize is not claimed by 2:00pm AEST on Friday 18 December 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at the same time, place and manner as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winner.
12. Verification
The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residency. If the winner cannot provide satisfactory proof, or has entered in breach of these terms, the entry is invalid and the prize will be redrawn.
13. Entries
Entries that are incomplete, automated (including by script or entry service), or submitted with false details are invalid. The Promoter's decision on the validity of entries is final.
14. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to conduct the Promotion and, with consent, to provide marketing communications. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Zea privacy policy at zea.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants' details are not sold and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Australian privacy law applies. Entrants may access, correct or request deletion of their personal information by contacting hello@zea.com.au.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Third party platforms
Apple, Meta Platforms and Instagram are not sponsors of this Promotion and are not associated with it in any way. Any questions about the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to any platform.
17. Force majeure
If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to any required regulator approval and to applicable state and territory legislation.
18. The partner
Saffire Freycinet is the prize accommodation provider. Saffire Freycinet does not collect entrant data through this Promotion and is not the promoter.
19. Changes
The Promoter may amend these terms to comply with legislative or regulator requirements. Any amendment will be published on this page.
20. Governing law
The Promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
21. Permits
Authorised under ACT permit no. TP XX/XXXXX (application pending). This clause will be updated with the issued permit number before the Promotional Period opens.
