- Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops to an aromatherapy diffuser and diffuse in your home during cold and flu season, to boost your immune system naturally. - Inhalation: During the day, pop a couple of drops of the Immunity Blend on a tissue and inhale, as needed, to help decongest the nasal passages. During cold and flu season, add 1 drop of Immunity blend to your mask to help protect - Steam Inhalation: To help with congestion and mild upper respiratory complaints, try adding 2-3 drops of Immunity Blend to a bowl of boiling water. Close your eyes and cover your head with a towel. Lean over the bowl at a comfortable distance (approximately 20cm). Inhale through your nose for 4 to 5 minutes. To capture the full benefit of the steam and breathe in deeply. - Natural DIY Surface Cleaner: Dilute 2-4 drops of the Immunity Blend to use as a natural, disinfecting surface cleaner where suitable WARNINGS: For external use only.
